Take this opportunity to Review 2020 for yourself and gain powerful insights to carry you into the new year.
Every year I work with my clients to review the year. The purpose is to acknowledge the challenges they have faced and overcome, the opportunities they have created, the things they are most proud of accomplishing and the personal growth they are experiencing in their day-to-day lives. It's a wonderful way to bring a year to a close and start a fresh new one with insight, clarity and purpose.
This year has been an extraordinarily tricky one for all of us and I believe 2021 is going to be equally as disruptive, albeit in a myriad of different ways. Some of these will be incredibly positive and create brand new opportunities for the switched on, so it's definitely not all doom and gloom. However 2021 plays out for you, what I do know is you'll definitely need to know yourself well and be more resilient, agile and adaptable to work with the unexpected twists and turns as they show up.
Review 2020 is my gift to you - it's free and open to all so do share it with friends or colleagues who might also benefit. I invite you to make some space, grab a cuppa and turn off your phone. Spend a little time on you.
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.” Steve Jobs
NOTE: Answer the questions with your career and business life in mind. There are no right or wrong answers. At the end of the review, you will be prompted to have the questions and your responses emailed to you. If you decide not to do this, your input will be deleted and irretrievable on our systems.
