Reputation – it’s the end game

We used to think of managing our personal and leadership brands as reputation management, however, reputation is the result – the end game.

Today, our focus is on helping leaders at all levels understand the impact of their values, actions and how they are perceived – and to use this to enable their greater purpose or intention in business.  We also recognise we need to build a strong employee brand for our organisations which is driven by culture.

As we well know culture is top down and is a direct result of our leaders’ values and actions.  It’s time to start managing our leadership brand within our organisations rather than leaving it to chance…
