In this episode of LIFT, I talk to Dr. Jan Bellermann, Founder of the Conscious Leadership Academy in Munich, Germany. Jan is an international Keynote Speaker, Trainer and Coach on the big topics of conscious leadership and values-driven organisational cultures.
Before founding his business, which he now runs with business partner Regina Brand, Jan was a member of the senior leadership team of an international ICT company where he inspired his people to develop several award winning innovations.
Jan has spent the last decade acquiring a deep knowledge of psychology, quantum physics and neuroscience, which drives his passion for self-development and the evolution of consciousness. He is certified by the Barrett Values Centre as a “Culture Transformation Consultant”, by the O&O Academy as an Advanced Trainer for consciousness, holds an MIT certificate for Otto Scharmer’s Theory U and is certified in “Conscious Capitalism” from Babson College.
