Louise's career started in the corporate world where she focused on selling services and solutions in finance and later technology for the likes of Dunn & Bradstreet and The Financial Times Group.  She was then headhunted into headhunting for TMP Worldwide before founding Venture Partnership Ltd, a London based Executive Search firm, at the rise of the new economy.  She worked with venture capital markets in all areas of Human Capital.
 
Louise then lived in the Middle East where she was Managing Director for Quintessentially, the British members-only global concierge club. On returning to London, she set up Mowbray by Design, incorporating the knowledge, skills and experience gained throughout her career, and her innate understanding of what she has coined ©The Power of Perception.  She is a an Affiliate Member of The Federation of Image Consultants (TFIC).

Louise has traveled extensively for both business and pleasure and has worked with clients from a variety of countries and cultures, in both private and corporate capacities.
